Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the AZE application and related services (the “Service”) provided by AZE (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AZE is an AI-powered English language assessment platform that provides diagnostic and certified proficiency evaluations, communicates results, and generates and authenticates credentials.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to report any suspicious account activity promptly.

Assessment Conduct

You agree to complete all assessments independently and without unauthorized assistance, and not to use any tools, devices, or third-party services to gain an unfair advantage. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or disclose assessment content. Violating these rules may result in your results being invalidated, your certificate being cancelled, or your access to the Service being suspended.

Payments

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Assessments may expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

AZE retains ownership of all assessment content, scoring algorithms, software, trademarks, and design elements. You may not reproduce or modify any of this without our authorization.

Certificates

Certificates issued through the Service reflect the results of your assessment at the time of completion. We do not guarantee that any particular third party will accept a certificate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
